Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was sent. Please note we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange cut to order measured items (i.e. fabric cut per metre), unless they are faulty. We cannot accept returns of washed, treated or cut fabric processed by the end user.
Each product page contains details of the product you’re ordering – including the weight of the fabric, width, print and scale. Please check these details before you place your order. If you require a sample before ordering, please contact us to request one and we’ll be happy to help where possible.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you would like to request a return, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Once we have acknowledged your request, you may return the fabric to us, and you should obtain proof of postage. Your refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your returned fabric. The cost of return postage to us will not be refunded to you unless the item you are returning is faulty.
Flaws in fabric
It is not unusual for small flaws to be found along the selvedge of fabrics. Anything within 5cm of either selvedge / fabric edge is not considered to be a fault and therefore is not refundable. If there are any other flaws on your un-cut fabric, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
