We aim to answer any queries, & ship all orders (except pre-orders) within 2 working days. Sooner if possible.

What are your delivery charges?

Postage is charged based on the weight of your order and starts at £2.50.

To find out the exact shipping cost for your order, please add items to your basket.

We’ll always send it by the most cost effective method for you.

The maximum delivery charge is £9 regardless of order value.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paypal and Stripe for payment processing.

Both systems are fully secure and allow you to use your chosen credit or debit cards for payment, or PayPal allows you to use your Paypal balance if you have one.

How long will delivery take?

Typically we aim to despatch all orders within 2 business days, sooner where possible.

This excludes pre-orders, which will be despatched as soon as possible once they arrive with us and have been cut for shipment.

Are you VAT registered

As a small business we are not yet VAT registered, and so do not charge VAT on our products.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an itemised receipt via email once you place your order.

Do you accept returns?

Unwashed and uncut fabric can be returned for a refund if it’s not suitable for your project. The cost of return postage is your responsibility, unless the fabric is faulty.
